Refund policy

Everything in The History Vault 101 shop is a digital download. Your files are delivered instantly by email and on the order confirmation page after checkout.

If something is wrong, we will make it right. If a file will not open, is damaged, or is not what the listing described, email us at shafisabih@gmail.com within 30 days of your order with your order number. We will send a working file or give you a full refund.

Because digital files cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once a file has been downloaded. Free products are not eligible for refunds.
